Shipping Policy
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
Once your package has been released to USPS, you will receive an email with tracking information. Time and Tenacity is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once the tracking status shows “Delivered.” If this occurs, the customer must file a claim directly with USPS.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Exchanges are accepted ONLY in the event of a defect.
To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage or distortion

Original tags must be attached

The item must be shipped back within 48 hours of delivery
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Any exchange requests that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
Swimwear Policy
For hygiene reasons, all swimwear is FINAL SALE.
Exchanges will be considered only for defective items and must follow the exchange guidelines listed above.
Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
