Shipping Policy

All items are inspected prior to shipping. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri), EXCEPT for HOLIDAYS. Once package is released to USPS you will receive an email with tracking information. We (Time and Tenacity) are NOT RESPONSIBLE for missing/stolen packages once status reflects delivered. You will have to open a claim with USPS.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are accepted ONLY if there is a defect issue. Please note exchanges will be rejected if items are damaged/distorted or if tags aren’t attached. Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return. You have 48hrs after receiving to ship back.
